When will you ship my items?All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. The majority of orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day of paymentWhen will I receive my items?Handmade items should arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow 3-4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.Where is my order shipping from? Most of our products ship from North America, some of them ship from overseas. In order to get the best prices possible we often go directly to the manufacture. Which means shipping times can take a little longer, but by cutting out the middle man, you get the best deal possible.How long does shipping take?Depending on the shipping rate you chose your package will either arrive within 5-15 days or 15-30 days. Most of our packages have tracking, however certain packages arriving overseas do not as their packing does not track internationally.Will my items be sent in 1 package?For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.What is your return policy?Most items have a 45 day refund policy. We realize it takes some time to get your items and you want to test them out first. We’re pretty reasonable people. Just send us a support ticket and we’ll do our best to help you out.
